Ingredients

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the plant-based milk, turmeric, ginger, and black pepper.
Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture is hot but not boiling (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove ginger pieces.
Whisk in the coconut oil and maple syrup until well combined.
Pour into mugs and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle with a pinch of turmeric for garnish.
